  • This fee includes:

  • The Inital Evaluation

  • The Treatment Plan

  • The Follow-Up Evaluation

Counseling Services

Individual and group counsleing services are priced at $100.00 per hour.

Rehabilitation Assessments and Evaluations

Rehabilatation Assessments and Evaluations are priced at a flat fee of $5000.00. This includes document review, in-person interview, report, and court testimony.
